Delivery Costs & Information

Delivery costs are based on the table shown below. We use DHL for delivery of all orders and deliver across the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

We use DHL to provide a speedy and efficient delivery to our online customers in the UK and around the world. All items delivered require a signature. If no one is available to sign for your items, a calling card will be left with the details of how to obtain your parcel. However in the two emails you should receive from DHL (as explained below in the summaries) you will be able to double check your details are correct, also you will be able to follow the link within the email if you need to make a change or track your shipment.

Please note once your order has been placed and there has been any mistakes or that alternative addresses may be requested, contact the club Shop/Mail Order Department immediately after placing your order to request this service. 


Click and Collect
You will have 28 days to collect your Click & Collect order. If the order has not been collected within the 28 days, the order will be returned and your money will be refunded back to the card used to purchase the goods. *This excludes personalised goods, Jewellery and Hygiene sensitive products*
We will try to contact you during the 28 day period by phone & email. If you are unable to collect your order within the 28 day period you can inform us of this and provide a preferred collection date and we will hold your order for you until that preferred collection date.

Please provide a valid email address and once your order has been processed, you will receive your order confirmation, which will indicate that order is ready for collection. If you have not received a confirmation email please call ahead before setting off to avoid disappointment. 
Please save the message, and bring the confirmation as proof of purchase. For your protection against fraud, we cannot release your order without seeing your payment card or ID (bank card, passport or photo driving license)Please bring a printout of your order receipt or order confirmation email as a proof of purchase, along with photo proof of ID (bank card, passport or photo driving license). 
We are happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you have nominated must present your order number and their photo ID (passport or photo driving license). We would also prefer if you notified us about this via email at Shop@afc.co.uk

Summary of UK Main Land Charges are: UK Standard Delivery £6

  • Please feel free to contact us to check the status of your order but allow up to 1 working day from the time the goods leave our premises before doing so. - However you will receive an email/SMS from DHL to confirm your parcel has been received and also another email/SMS to confirm a more accurate delivery window on the day of delivery. Within these emails you will be able to track your order also.
  • This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date/time.
  • Please allow at least 5 working days for the delivery of your order, before contacting our Mail Order Department.


Summary of Overseas Charges are: Europe £16, Worldwide Zone 1 £22 & Worldwide Zone 2 £26

  • Please feel free to contact us to check the status of your order but allow up to 2 working days from the time the goods leave our premises before doing so. - However you will receive an email/SMS from DHL to confirm your parcel has been received and also another email/SMS to confirm a more accurate delivery window on the day of delivery.   • Please allow at least 7/10 working days for delivery of your order, before contacting our Mail Order Department.

Please note *Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further information.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days (subject to stock availability)

Please also allow an additional 7/10 days for delivery of shirts to be printed at busy times. It is our policy to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred whilst in transit.
