AFC reserve the right to change or withdraw all or sections of this website either temporarily or permanently with or without notice to you. You confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any change to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or Change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Website in its entirety or in part, following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
Replica Kit and Shirt Printing
Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. The Sizes and Size Guide provided, are given as a guide to garment measurements and not a recommended fit. We recommended the top is tried on to ensure the desired fit is achieved before printing is requested. If personalisation has been requested and applied, before the top has been tried on, we are unable to exchange or refund, unless the garment is faulty. Personalisation includes the printing of Sleeve Badges, Letters and/or Numbers which have been applied to your garment.
Please note that the price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 12 letters and 2 Numbers, however this is dependent on the size of shirt requested as not all sizes will accommodate 12 letters. If this is the case a club shop colleague will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative.
Please note infant and Junior kits hold up to 8 letter and 2 numbers. in some cases we use smaller numbers.
Note that we only offer one name to be printed with no spaces.
Printing can only be done on current season AFC match/replica shirts.
AFC cannot accept liability for any changes to players’ names and numbers due to changes and transfers done during or after the transfer window.
AFC reserve the right to refuse to print shirts we deem as offensive or abusive and/or may infringe on intellectual property rights of companies and/or individuals. If you have had your shirt personalised, you may find that it appears creased. This is due to the shirt being packaged for transit if you have received it from Mail Order, or as it has been folded into your shopping bag. It can easily be resolved by following the instructions below.
Place a clean, damp cloth over the personalisation and press with a warm iron. Please do not iron directly onto the personalisation.
If you are not comfortable with this, please contact the club shop before attempting.
Click and Collect
You will have 28 days to collect your Click & Collect order. If the order has not been collected within the 28 days, the order will be returned and your money will be refunded back to the card used to purchase the goods. *This excludes personalised goods, Jewellery and Hygiene sensitive products*
We will try to contact you during the 28 day period by phone & email. If you are unable to collect your order within the 28 day period you can inform us of this and provide a preferred collection date and we will hold your order for you until that preferred collection date.
Please provide a valid email address and once your order has been processed, you will receive your order confirmation, which will indicate that order is ready for collection. If you have not received a confirmation email please call ahead before setting off to avoid disappointment.
Please save the message, and bring the confirmation as proof of purchase. For your protection against fraud, we cannot release your order without seeing your payment card or ID (bank card, passport or photo driving license)
Please bring a printout of your order receipt or order confirmation email as a proof of purchase, along with photo proof of ID (bank card, passport or photo driving license).
We are happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you have nominated must present your order number and their photo ID (passport or photo driving license). We would also prefer if you notified us about this via email at Shop@afc.co.uk

Members will earn cashback on purchases, building their balance throughout the season which can then be spent with the club, and members will also benefit from special offers and promotions throughout the new campaign.
Dons Cash can be earned by Members spending on match tickets, retail merchandise, annual RedTV Subscriptions and more, and can be redeemed on AFC merchandise, match tickets and hospitality in-store or online. To claim Dons Cash online you must be logged in to your correct account. To claim Dons Cash in person you should present your Season Ticket or Member card.

The prices quoted in the Online Store are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to alter these prices, up or down, when required by changes in VAT or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be indicated on the delivery note. The Online Shop reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, designs or prices or product and conditions of supply.
How and when will it be delivered?
We use the best available delivery option to provide a speedy and efficient delivery to our online customers in the UK and abroad. All items delivered require a signature. If no one is available to sign for your items, a calling card will be left with the details of how to obtain your parcel.
Please note once your order has been placed and there has been any mistakes or that alternative addresses may be requested, contact the club shop/Mail Order Department immediately after placing your order to request this service.

Please note *Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. This affects all World Wide & European orders. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further information.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes & BFPO addresses.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days (subject to stock availability).
Please allow an additional 10 days for delivery of shirts to be printed. It is our policy to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred whilst in transit.
For bulk orders, additional postage charges may be required. We will contact you should we need to add to the extra charges.
The products reproduced in this Online Store are as seen. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as web and display technologies will allow. No responsibility can be accepted for light variances in colour or style.
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in this catalogue are always in supply, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock, or we may sell out earlier than planned. If an item is unavailable at the time of dispatch we will contact you to offer an exchange or refund.

Although we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken by the online shop if the items are not suitable in size when ordered through the Online Store. Please see the following paragraph for our exchange/refund policy.
Refund and Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: All returns are at the expense of the customer. We will refund the returns postage costs if the goods have been delivered to you and are faulty or damaged. Limits will apply on covering your postage costs, £8 maximum for UK and we will need a quote for International costs prior to arranging.
If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packaging along with your receipt within 28 days of the purchase date, for a full refund. Please note all parcels must be sent back using recorded Delivery, we will not accept responsibility for lost goods.
You may also exchange or refund your goods at the stadium store. All items must be returned in re saleable condition along with your receipt and within 28 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with .
Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalised, unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Videos, gift cards/vouchers, jewellery and hats purchased through any of our outlets cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been opened, unless they are deemed to be faulty.
If sending back an item or full order for refund or exchange please include a note stating a reason for the return and please send it back to the address using recorded delivery;
